I just caught a Noctowl in SoulSilver.
I’m almost ready to evolve Precious into one, but I HAD to catch this one because I headbutted a tree in Bugsyville Forest and the Noctowl just fell out…. it was level SEVEN. HootHoot evolves at level TWENTY. So….yeah.
I pretty much have no choice but to accept Falkner and his freakishly underleveled Pidgeotto now.

Caught mine at level 8, leveled her up and it never prompted me to learn the move…
